Are you insured? Yes. You can rest assured we are fully covered for any eventuality. We will provide certificate of coverage upon request for our clients. This information is included in every cleaning proposal. 
Do we need to purchase any cleaning equipment or supplies? We will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies needed to perform the work except for consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners and hand soap. If requested we can supply these items under separate billing. 
Do you have a high staff turnover? No. We are very much above the national average for cleaning companies when it comes to staff retention. In fact our turnover rate is very low. 
Do you pay your cleaners the minimum wage? No. All our cleaners are paid well in excess of the minimum wage. The actual rate varies according to the area in which they are employed, the time of day or night they work and the type of job they are doing. 
Do you provide business references? Yes. We will provide multiple references along with phone numbers to reach our clients. This information is included in every cleaning proposal. 
Do you require a service agreement? Yes. Both parties will sign our service agreement which is good for one year. This is written evidence that you have agreed to pay for our services while at the same time ensuring that your price will stay the same for the entire 12-month term. There is also a 30-day written notice that may be exercised by either party. 
How do we pay you? Commercial clients are invoiced every month. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt. Currently we do not accept credit cards. 
How do you handle client satisfaction? Client satisfaction is the most important aspect for our company. Gershman Enterprises, Inc. representatives regularly call our clients to see if there is anything we should improve. We always welcome any feedback from our clients and if we get one, we address the issue immediately. 
How far do you travel to perform your commercial cleaning services? We provide cleaning services in Northwest suburbs of Chicago. 
Will we always have the same cleaner? For the commercial cleans we like to keep the same cleaner/cleaners in place as they can then build a healthy rapport with the client.
